Is the calculator price the real, final price?
Yes. The numbers come from Rad Sites Co's real flat pricing — $300 for a one-page starter or $1,000 for a full multi-page site, plus fixed add-on prices — so the total you build is what you'd actually pay, one time. Unusually large sites or special requests are rare, and if anything would change the number I tell you before any work starts.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. Every build is a one-time flat fee and hosting is included. The only optional recurring item is monthly SEO management at $150 a month, and it's kept separate from your one-time total so it never hides in the number. You own the domain and all site files with no lock-in.
What if I'm not sure which build I need?
Start with the full multi-page site if you offer several services or want room to rank, or the one-page starter if you just need to show up on Google fast. If you're unsure, build a rough quote and text or call — I'll tell you honestly which one fits your business, at no charge.
Can I add pages or SEO later?
Yes. You can start with a one-pager and add pages later, or add the Local SEO package or extra service-area pages whenever the business grows. Because there's no subscription, you only pay for what you add when you add it.
Do I own the website?
